Welcome to our second newsletter about Pickle & Paddle Co. At Pickle & Paddle Co, we’re all about bringing the fun and excitement of pickleball to everyone in our area. Whether you’re a new or professional pickleball player, we have the equipment and coaching to help you improve your game. Our focus on just pickleball makes us different from other companies in the VEI world,  allowing us to give a different experience to customers who want to enjoy the game of pickleball.

We have recently launched a new durable light pickleball paddle designed for high performance. This paddle is made from quality materials that will help you improve your game while being more durable than the rest. Whether you are just starting or you are an advanced player, our equipment is made to improve your performance. 

In addition to our product offerings, we are committed to helping players improve their skills through our coaching services. Our experienced coaches are available for one-on-one sessions as well as group sessions. They focus on fundamental techniques and work with players to master them, ensuring everyone receives attention and guidance. We also want to foster a sense of community among pickleball enthusiasts. We encourage you to follow us on social media to keep everyone engaged. Our platforms will feature updates about new products, coaching tips, and various resources related to pickleball. We enjoy connecting with our players and hearing about your experiences and what we could do better to help you with your needs.

Towards the end of October and straight into November, it has been a smooth ride for Pickle & Paddle Co, filled with significant achievements that are laying the groundwork for our future success. One of our standout accomplishments was our first couple of sales from customers that were pleasantly surprised with the quality of our product, that being our product of the month for October which were the pickleball paddles. We made a total of $204.37 off of the pickleball paddles which is great considering we just opened! This month of November however, we will be heavily promoting the new product of the month, the travel pickleball net! In addition to our successful sales, our HR team created and presented the Q1 Professional Development that engages our teams to share out and learn how to stay organized, why we set goals, the importance of deadlines, and why evaluation alongside organization is so important within a company. This allowed students who either know all about these things or not, to become more knowledgeable of a well run firm and department. To boost morale and foster team spirit, our HR department organized a fun-filled Halloween party, where employees could unwind and connect with each other in a festive atmosphere for October. On the technical front, our Visual Design team successfully launched our company website, making it easier for customers to browse and purchase our products. This is a vital step in enhancing our online presence and reaching a wider audience. Lastly, ending on a strong note, our sales team were front of the house during our online trade show as they were promoting and selling our products to several people across the country and neighboring schools. Our amazing sales team allowed us to sell 40 products from the trade show! As we move forward, we’re excited to build on this momentum and continue to grow together as a team. Here’s to a productive November!
